Outside wall installation, look at the top of the head rail and find the slots cut out at both ends. These slots will accommodate bolts of brackets and keep the blinds up. Keep blinds to the wall so that they are centered and cover the entire window. Place the bracket against the wall on the mark you made. Screw the brackets to the wall using standard screws and a screwdriver. Keep the list up under fittings. Drop a pin in the hole on the horizontal side of both consoles, so the bolt facing down and go through the openings in the list. Fasten the bolts in place with wing nuts. Just unscrew the wing nuts on the bolts until they reach the bottom of the head rail and bamboo blinds held firmly in place.
